Talent and personnel training are key factors of success in national, ethnic, and political.The Marxist concept of talent is the most scientific and comprehensive talent concept, highereducation bears a major task of personnel training. In the process of personnel training should bebased on the guidance of the Marxist concept of talent, match the reality of society, through theconcept of interaction with the actual conditions of collision philosophical reflection, researchtalents training objective, program, and enhance the work of personnel training in highereducation.At first, this paper interpret the Marxist concept of talent, analysis of Marx, Engels, Lenin,Mao Zedong, Deng Xiaoping, Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao view on the issue of talent and basicfeatures. Describe the specific objectives of personnel training and the main methods.Recalling the development of personnel training in higher education in China and othercountries, analysis comprehensive and engineering universities in the part of personnel training,then find out problems in the process of personnel training, the gap between college students andthe existing culture, social needs, lack of creativity , capacity and so on.Based on the existing problems, I should use of the Marxist concept of talent to guide thepersonnel training. Attention three aspects: concept of learning and innovation in highereducation by scientific personnel training; building a comprehensive quality training model;creating a harmonious campus environment. Through these measures, we can training more anmore creativity and high level person, contributing to the development of society.
