School safety is a very important part of the whole social security. It is directly related to the young students’ safe, healthy growth, related to the well-being of millions of families and social stability. As is known to all, campus security refers to the students during the period of school, there is no danger, not threatened, against accidents. In particular, some teachers deliberately harm students, or confronted with danger, the students can’t consciously protect the students, and even abandon the students. This is a serious damage to the student, it is the teachers’ professional defiled, it is the society is the resolution of energy. The teacher in the behavior selection problem in campus security work is worth thinking deeply. Primary and secondary school teachers conduct refers to the teacher in the school campus safety within the scope of no danger to ensure students’ personal safety, health, not threatened, do not have an accident so seriously comply with the code of conduct. But in reality, the primary and secondary school teachers is how to do? Based on this, this study through the questionnaire survey method, interview method, case method such as investigation method for part of the primary and secondary school teachers has carried on the investigation and study in Shenyang. This research mainly consists of five parts:In chapter one, it is about introduction. It mainly includes the research questions, research significance, research review, research methods, and research contents.In chapter two, it is about the theoretical interpretation. It mainly includes Disciplines theory, behavior theory and rational choice theoryIn chapter three, the necessity of regulating the behavior of primary and secondary school teachers in the campus security, importance, and on the basis of analysis.In chapter four, Primary and secondary schools teachers’ campus safety behavior present situation investigation. This part mainly includes security perspective based on present situation investigation, the primary and secondary school teachers in primary and secondary school teachers’ behavior of campus safety behavior anomie and attribution analysis on various aspects of content.In chapter five, it’s the intervention strategy for Primary and secondary school teacher’s campus safety behavior anomie. A is formulated based on the perspective of the primary and secondary school teachers conduct campus security; The second is to build the behavior choice of teachers incentive mechanism; Three is to strengthen the teacher’s ethics training work, improve teachers’ quality; Finally, attaches great importance to the teachers’ mental health.
