Primary school education is the basis of school education,primary school teachers are playing the implementation of school education,but also students enlightenment and life growth leader.Students 'knowledge,skills,emotions,attitudes and values are formed and perfected under the influence of primary school teachers' behavior.As the primary school students themselves lack the correct understanding of their values,teachers tend to be the standard of their behavior judgment.This requires teachers to give students an example and demonstration.Teachers 'behavior is the external manifestation of teachers' thoughts and souls,and the behavior of teachers and students is the cultural heritage and cognitive reserves of teachers.With the deepening of social and economic transformation and the deepening of education system,the occurrence of primary school teachers' behavior is becoming more and more serious.This not only has a very bad impact on the community,but also caused many parents panic and worry,so that the image of primary school teachers seriously damaged,and seriously affect the healthy growth of students.It is imminent to standardize teacher behavior.It is an important task to perfect and improve the level of primary education.It and to analyze the causes of this phenomenon and to put forward the corresponding measures.also reshape the image of the primary school teachers to promote and enhance the practical needs of primary school teachers behavior norms.This research first introduces the research background,the research significance and the research method,and makes a simple combing the research status at home and abroad.This paper investigates the status quo of the current behavior of primary school teachers,and makes an objective description by means of observation and interview.From the survey results can be seen,most of the primary school teachers are dedicated,loyal to their duties,teaching and educating people,in the case of unsupervised can do self-discipline,the overall situation is positive and progressive.The main reason for the failure to comply with the norms of teacher behavior is the negative impact of social transformation period,the imperfect education system,the low overall quality of teachers,the deep-rooted traditional cultural thought,the professional pressure,the pre-employment education and post-vocational education.To solve the problem of misconduct of primary school teachers,we should proceed from the optimization of the external environment,improve the system construction,strengthen the education of teachers' morality,update the teacher education concept,establish the correct teacher and student view,strengthen the pre-service training ofprimary school teachers to ensure the primary school teachers have a good space for development.On the basis of investigating the current situation of the misconduct of primary school teachers' behavior,this paper analyzes the impact of this situation on students and re-emphasizing the importance of the norms of behavior of primary school teachers.Finally,on the basis of the analysis,the author puts forward the measures to avoid the misconduct of primary school teachers' behavior.
