Research On The Situation Of Primary And Secondary School Sports Safety In Shanxi Province

The sports safety problem of the middle and primary school emerges in endlessly, has caused the focus of the society. Based on the defining the concept of school sports safety, this paper adopt the document and materials, Interview method, logical analysis and mathematical statistics method to analyze the status of primary and middle sports safety in Shanxi Province and explore and establish the structure chart of the school sports safety. By investigating the leaders, teachers, students and parents who are related to the primary and middle school sports in Shanxi Province with questionnaire, and sorting and counting the results of the survey, it analysis the component part of the state of primary and middle school sports safety structure in Shanxi Province, explore the difficulties and problems which the middle and primary school sports of Shan Xi Province are faced with at present, and put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions which promoted the safe running of the school sports, aiming at providing some references for the related education departments in order to help the related departments and leaders take positive and effective measures to reduce the occurrence of primary and middle school sports safety accident and to provide theoretical and practical basis for the teenagers sports safety prevention system development.The research results are as follows:1. The concept of the school sports safety means the person, property, psychological is safe from the harm of risk which is can not be accepted in the school physical education, extracurricular sports activities, after school sports training and sports competition. The sports safety structure of the middle and primary school consists of the human safety, things safety and management safety, which influence each other and are all indispensable.2. The characteristics of the sports safety accident occurrence of the middle and primary school in Shanxi Province is:objectivity, independence, uncertainty, universality, sudden, seriousness.3. The negative influence of the sports safety accident of the middle and primary school in Shanxi Province includes the following aspects: reducing the students’enthusiasm of participating in sports activities, affecting the normal school sports work seriously, reducing the support of parents to students’participating in sports activities, Increasing the physical education teachers’ psychological burden, and reducing the physical education teachers’work enthusiasm; the school sports development facing bad replying phenomenon.4. The status of the sports safety accident of the primary school in Shanxi Province includes the following aspects:higher frequencies of occurrence, the sports safety accidents happen in half of the primary schools, the top three of the most link of the sports safety accidents of the primary schools is the extracurricular sports activities, sports game and after school sports training, the highest proportion accident is scratches, the proportion of contusion, fracture and dislocation is basically the same, The most likely to happen in the sports safety accident followed by athletics, basketball, football, abdominal pain is the highest frequency athletic disease.5. The current situation of the sports safety accidents in middle school in Shanxi is as follows:the frequency of safety accidents occurred in junior middle school and senior middle school is higher than that in primary school, but six to ten times of sports safety accidents take place in senior middle school every year and this proportion is higher than that of junior middle school and primary school, the top three of the most frequent link when sports safety accidents happened is extracurricular sports activities, sports tournament, sports class, the highest frequent sports safety accident happened in junior middle school and senior middle school are bruise and sprain respectively, the top three items of sports safety accidents occurred in junior middle school are basketball, track&field and football while the top three ones in senior middle school are basketball, football and track&field, the most frequent exceptional disease happened in junior middle school is abdominal Spain whereas the most one happened in senior middle school is muscle spasm.6. The status of the elements of the sports safety structure of the middle and primary school in Shanxi Province includes the following aspects:Some teachers, students and parents sports safety consciousness is higher, but also has some disadvantages, the sports safety knowledge be poor, the sports safety ability be bad and the lack of the corresponding sports safety behavior, some site and equipment be not perfect, natural environment be unpredictable, humanistic environment be bad, some schools are lack of corresponding management system of sports safety in the school, school medical supervi-sion be poor, sports safety education not reaching the designated position, and so on.7. The countermeasures of reducing the school sports safety accident includes the following aspects:Guide P.E. teachers, students and parents to set up the correct sports safety consciousness, improving physical education teachers’sense of responsibility and sports teaching ability and behavior, strengthening the family sports safety education; make sure school’s venue equipments safety, update and maintain them regularly, strengthen sports safety management, establish sports safety accident prevention system, make a good job of sports safety education and the training of sport injury skills, strengthen school’s medical monitoring, and establish students’ health records.
