The Research On The Application Of Flipped Classroom

The development of information technology has enlarged the possibilities for teaching with application of cellphones, computers and wireless internet in classroom. Flipped classroom, featured as its flexibility in teaching spot, enormous teaching resources, and various communication forms, has been widely used in American middle and elementary schools. In China, Flipped Classroom has also achieved positive effect in classroom:the students are provided the chances to arrange the classes according to their own will, thus enhancing their self-management awareness; the efficiency has also been improved by increased communication and the mutual help between students on class, resulting the improve of the students’scores.TV Column Packing, as the class software course, mainly gives insights on the usage of After Effect software and the production process of television programs. The course has the advantages of providing the chance for application and tight logic on the knowledge, yet the disadvantages are also obvious:full of cumbersome steps and difficulties in memory, which is hard for students to produce visual effect after learning.Combined with the advantages in several subjects, Flipped Classroom is more advantageous. This dissertation takes the TV Column Packing as the example for research and 24 students from Liaoning Media College, Grade 12, using Literature Research Method, Interview, and questionare as the method for research. The standardized index takes the ones from students graduated a few years early as the basis to design the content of teaching and videos, so that the issue of application of Flipped Classroom in the higher education can be discussed and the problems and valuable suggestion occurred in the process can be noted according to the outcome from this experiment.
