The reform of classroom teaching model is an important content of higher education reform and an important way to improve the quality of personnel training.With the rapid development of Internet+ education technology,the traditional teaching model has been affected,and gradually show a certain degree of limitations,the flipped classroom teaching model can combine information technology and classroom teaching organically which conform to the trend of the development of the information era.And it has been actively concerned about the community,and has aroused great repercussions in the field of higher education.More and more schools join the flip classroom teaching model reform of the queue.There are a lot of classic cases emerged.However,it is inseparable from its inherent limitations.Therefore,how to improve and improve the operation mechanism of college teaching mode is of great practical significance to the reform of higher education.This paper starts from the elements of the teaching model of the flipped classroom,and analyzes the internal operation mechanism.The model is constructed on the basis of the construction principle of the teaching mode of the university,and the potential characteristics and advantages are analyzed.Which has been the development direction of the teaching model of college teaching.Based on the above basic theory research,analyzing the present situation of classroom teaching model in colleges and universities comprehensively,it is concluded that the main problem of classroom teaching model is that students lack the condition of independent study,benign interaction between teachers and students and can not adapt to students Learning needs.And adhere to the teacher-oriented teaching,student learning as the main body,through interaction between teachers and students,give full condition for students to learn initiatively.Based on the idea of enhanceing students' innovative thinking and innovative quality in the interaction,we innovate the flipped classroom teaching model of colleges and universities.We can sove the shortcoming of the flipped classroom teaching mode from the three aspects of condition,which are establishing the teaching conditions for the flipped classroom teaching model in Colleges and Universities,providing the technical support needed for it and improving the security system of the flipped classroom teaching model in Colleges and Universities.So the new teachong model can adapt to China's education and teaching environment,and then better guide the reform of higher education teaching model practice.
