Under new requirement of the development of modern information technology and widely used in the field of education,play an important role in teaching.since the new basic education curriculum reform implemented,educational technology capability of teacher has become one of the hot issues of the current education sector.China began to train the full-time education master degree in applied talents oriented since 2009,training objectives identified the standards for training education technical capability for the full-time education master,it is the most important content in the process of training.Training educational technology capability of the full-time educational masters has been widespread concern in the community,how to train the full-time education master of graduate educational technology capabilities,is the current problems to be solved.Therefore,this thesis carry out present situation and countermeasures of the full-time education master training educational technology capability has important theoretical and practical significance.Educational technology capability is one of the necessary capabilities for the full-time master education,in order to enhance the full-time education masters’ educational technology capability better,this study chose the full-time education master whom in higher normal schools for the survey,through questionnaires,interviews,literature and other research methods,aims to examining the current situation of cultivate the educational technology capability of the full-time education master to understand the needs of the current full-time education master in educational technology capability.The main contents of this paper are as follows: the current situation of the full-time education masters’ educational technology capability and the training situation of universities.After investigation and analysis have the following conclusions: the full-time education master lack of awareness in educational technology application, education and technical training colleges unattractive,the full-time education masters’ own educational technology capability is weak,needs to carry out information technology and curriculum integration,lack of educational technology innovation capability,the ability to apply theory to practice to be improved,for modern educational technology training needs focuses on "technology", teaching practice lack the guide of case teaching.In response to these study,finally,building a educational technology capability model from the aspects in standards and assessment system of educational technology capability of the full-time education master;according to the characteristics of training the full-time education master,reconstruct the modern educational technology public degree courses in hours,content, course objectives, teaching and other aspects from educational technology capacity curriculum system building.Put forward relevant comments and suggestions from training system,environmental construction of practice and security system of educational technology capability-building mechanisms,provide reference to improve the educational technology capability of the full-time education master in educational technology and training reform.
