The Ministry of Education launched"Educational Technology Competence Standards for Teachers"by the end of 2004,it proposed more clear requirements of educational technology competences for the teachers, for example, in the classroom session, teachers should have the skills to use computers effectively and other modern learning technologies, should have the ability to integrate information technology into curriculum effectively, all of these, give full-time education masters great challenges. The starting point of this paper is the competence cultivation of full-time education masters, at first this paper does a survey on the development situation about educational technology competences before the enrollment through the questionnaire and literature analysis, and then concluded the cultivation nature and characteristics of the full-time education masters, finally proposed the cultivation model about educational technology competences of the full-time education masters. The first section is the introduction, which describes the main content,significance and methods of this paper.The second part of the paper describes the cultivation nature and characteristics of the full-time education masters, then discusses the domestic and international educational technology standards, finally concludes the development goals about educational technology competences of the full-time education masters need to achieve.In the third part, this paper does a survey on the development situation about educational technology competence of the full-time education masters, and then concludes the deficiency of their competence.The fourth part is the key point of the article; build the cultivation model supported by information technology about educational technology competences of the full-time education masters. Based on the training program, such as compulsory courses, practice teaching and other teaching stage, provide different resources to support the competence development of full-time education master.The fifth part is based on the cultivation model proposed in the article, and take Moodle as an example to build the model.
