Nowadays as a cradle to train the person who has ability of informatization,modern educational technology is shouldering heavy responsibilities with rapid development of educational informatization.There is no doubt that its education quality and educational system will affect the healthy and sustainable development of full-time education's master of modern education technology.The development of the northwest region is relatively backward due to geographical reasons and uneven distribution of resources.At the same time,the eastern regions enjoy a better geographical location and education resources.The educational development level in northwest China is relatively low.Therefore,we should pay more attention to it.How about the quality of full-time modern education technology master program of in northwest China?Is it adapt to the changes in society and development over times?How to improve the quality of it?How to distinguish it with learning master and form their own characteristics?These are issues we need to pay close attention to.This study is guided by a variety of research methods,for example,literature review,survey and interview.As a full-time education master student of the modern education technology,the author conducted a survey study about the education quality in 4 representative universities across the northwest region including Shaanxi Normal University,Northwest Normal University,Xinjiang Normal University and Ningxia University.based on survey results and related data,the author analyzed the current situation and somewhere unreasonable of the full-time education master degree of the modern education technology.Additionally,some suggestions are put forward to provide a useful reference for the full-time Master degree of modern education technology,improve students'abilities in all respects,and provide ideas for future research and practice in this field.The results as follows:1 The number of the full-time education masters in the modern educational technology is quite different across the four universities in northwest China.The number of students enrolled is uncertain.There were still some candidates who register blindly.The students have a wide range of undergraduate specialties.More concentrated majors are mainly related to education and computer technology.2 The education objectives of each universities are not very different.Characteristics are not obvious enough.The time and proportion arrangement of curriculum is not scientific and reasonable.The courses are much concerned about the theoretical aspect of the major,and do not pay enough attention to the all-round training of students' professional practice skills and qualities.3 As a full-time education master in modern educational technology,there is a lack of communication between teachers and mentors.Most students communicate with tutors only when they have problems and in completing their dissertations.The implementation of dual tutorial system is not optimistic.The role of off campus tutors in the training process of master of modern educational technology is not comprehensive enough,and the effect is not ideal.4 Most colleges and universities adopt the combination of independent practice and unified arrangement of schools to arrange master's education practice of modern educational technology,and attach importance to the educational practice of modern educational technology.However,there are still some problems,such as insufficient exercise opportunities,less practice types and insufficient guidance.5 It is difficult for most students to make innovative ideas in accordance with the basic knowledge and education practice.At the same time,due to the lack of theoretical foundation and the imperfection of school training plan,academic dissertation is difficult for students to complete well,and their tutors' satisfaction and quality of education are not high.6 The university or primary and secondary school teachers are the major choices of the full-time education master students of most modern education technology.However,this major's education process and curriculum content cannot meet the needs of society.And the employment rate is not high.
