The Study Of College Students Integrity Problem Based On The Ecological System Theory Perspective

Honesty is the spiritual foundation of5,000years Chinese civilization, valuablespiritual wealth of people and the necessary character of everyone in the modern society.However, the country is suffering from dishonesty’s invasion when it is on the stage ofsocial transformation. More unfortunately, college students as leaders and maincommunicators of spiritual civilization also get into a quagmire of dishonesty. Based on it,I do some research on the integrity topic of college students. Drawing on a wealth ofresearch results at home and abroad, on the basis of ecosystem theory, this paper collectsthe sample data of Urumqi five universities in Xinjiang and uses a variety of statisticalanalysis methods to analyze the integrity problem of the college students throughbuilding the ecosystem of college students’ integrity. The main contents of this papergoes from the following several aspects.Firstly, reviewing and carding the relevant research results at home and abroad, withthe help of ecosystem, building the ecosystem of college students’ integrity, which arestudents macroscopic systems (social system), medium system (school system, homesystem) and micro-systems (physiological properties, social system and psychologicalsystem).Then, designing the questionnaire under the help of theroy analysis, and gettingthe survey data.At last, with the survey data, using the description statisticalmethods(making analysis of the integrity level of college students), the means of columnchi-square test (individual characteristics variance analysis), a number of logisticregression (each system factors analysis) and structural equation model (the role of therelationship between the various systems analysis) to analyze the college students’integrity problem.The empirical results show that:(1)The overall integrity level of Xinjiang collegestudents is "general", The integrity level difference among nationalities, professions,mothers’ education level is significant, but gender, grade, region, father education’simpact on the integrity level of college students is not obvious.(2)Each subsystem’sfactors have sifnificant effect on the integrity level of college students; society dishonestyinfluence,mutilate society ideological and value’s, integrity supervise’s inability of macroscopic system are important reasons for causing decreased levels of integrity ofcollege students; school dishonesty influence, school’s inability of honesty educatin andmanagement, mother education and family dishonesty influence of the medium systemare important factors affecting integrity of college students; ethnic, professional, self-psychology of microscopic system have significant impact on students’ integrity.(3) Themacroscopic system, median system have positive relationship with the college students’integrity micro-psychological system and their strength is gradually strengthening.At thesame time, the function of every fator in the system is also different.Combined with the empirical research results, this article argues that we shouldstrength the construction of college students’ integrity micro-psychological system fromthemselves, their family and the school. We should strength the construction of collegestudents’ integrity medium system from honesty influence, honesty education andhonesty supervision. We also should strength the construction of college students’integrity macroscopic system from ideological value, social atmosphere and integritysupervision. Through three system’s synchronous, effective operation, the integrity levelof undergraduates will be improved.
