The Research On The Influence Factors And Countermeasures Of College Students’ Conscription Difficulty From The Perspective Of Ecosystem Theory

In recent years,with the joint efforts of governments and military service institution,the work of conscription from college students has present good growth momentum on the whole,but it has also exposed some problems,such as unreasonable conscription mechanism,insufficient consciousness and weak willingness of college students to join the army.The phenomenon of college students’ conscription difficulty has become more and more prominent.Based on the above background,the SD university students and military recruitment implementers were taken as the research object.Using the theoretical knowledge of social work from the perspective of ecosystem theory,the methods of quantitative and qualitative data acquisition/analysis were carried out to analyze the research data.First,the influencing factors of conscription difficulty are mainly described as follows.The influencing factors of macro-level are including:uncertainty of major transfer,differential preferential treatment policy of local government and pertinence of military policy.The influencing factors of meso-level are including:the work of school conscription department is not perfect enough,harsh conditions and time lag of military recruitment management departments,multi-element of family and the influence of peers.The influencing factors of micro-level are including:the weak of consciousness to defend countries,the easier employment environment,utilitarian thought of college students and the physical quality of college students.Second,the countermeasures under the macro-system to solve the conscription difficulty mainly include:relaxing the policy of changing majors,implementing the national military service system,appropriately relaxing the age;the countermeasures under the meso-system mainly include:improving the political position,standardizing the recruitment institutions,creating the recruitment environment;the countermeasures under the micro system mainly include:improve college students’ national defense awareness,strengthen physical exercise and have a sense of identity for joining the army.This study constructs the influencing factors and countermeasures framework of college students’ conscription difficulty from the perspective of ecosystem theory,fills the gap of domestic research on college students’ conscription by using social work theory,provides a theoretical basis for improving the quality of the conscription of our country and army.
