| In2006our state made the spirit of "Decision of the State Council on vigorouslydevelop vocational education"(Guo Fa [2005] No.35), to improve the quality ofhigher vocational education,and enhance the ability of higher vocational collegesserve economic and social development. Our state intend to implement the nationaldemonstration higher vocational college construction plan. Tianjin VocationalUniversity, based on its own rigorous vocational school attitude and advancededucational philosophy has become one of the national model of higher vocationalcollege. In order to effectively play as a demonstration of the role of vocationalcolleges, the thesis use of strategic analysis methods on the future strategicdevelopment of the school conducted a study and exploration.In this thesis document analysis to clear meaning and importance of the strategicmanagement of the organization is used, to understand the external environment andthe development of vocational education strategy; the internal environmentdevelopment were analyzed using a combination of SWOT analysis; Based on theabove analysis, the thesis studies the development of strategic objectives and providestrategic measures of Tianjin Vocational University, with a certain degree ofinnovation.Through the development strategy of Tianjin Vocational Institute study, wepropose that the future development of the school should provide a good professionalqualities of skilled personnel specialized economic development of Tianjin. Therefore,schools should firmly implement differentiated school of strategic thinking, based inTianjin industrial development advantages of industry, actively develop their keyprofessional and vocational education and vocational skills of students combinepractical cooperation in this form by running schools and enterprises.In this thesis, the research achievements play critical role in the perspective ofthe establishment and the implementation of development strategy of TianjinVocational University. |
