To improve the MBA education quality as the topic of the times higher education reformand development in China,the concerns of the community. MBA education quality, depending onthe MBA course teaching, simulation training,social practice, thepaper studies the training quality, the teaching effect is the key influencingfactors. MBA education and training unit to ensure the quality of talents, we must take effectivemeasures to strengthen the quality management of MBA services in the fieldof education, improve the service quality of MBA education, to provide high quality educationservices for MBA students.BG University in China as one of the earliest MBA training institutions, and on top ofthe MBA training institutions arelack of experience, facing brand advantage is not strong. Howto make a strong brand, to adapt to the MBA education from elite to mass placed in front ofthe MBA education center of BG university. From2010BG University started theMBA project "do poineering work the second times", after4years of development, the scale ofMBA has reachednational MBA college population moderate scale. In this context, how toimprove the quality of teaching, improve teaching satisfaction become the key to establishand promote the brand MBA project in BG university.This paper is based on the analysis of MBA teaching satisfaction survey, thereare teaching in MBA course of study,combined with the actual school, puts forward somecountermeasures and suggestions for the improvement of teaching management, improve thequality of training BG University MBA.
