Research On Teaching Quality Management System Based On ISO 9000

The independent college which is a kind of new mechanism and model college in our country has got through stage of rapid development,and now is facing the questions:how to promoting teaching quality and guarantee the students' educated quality.ISO9000:2000 is a family of international standards that define quality management system requirements and is fruit of quality management,it sum up many years research fruits and practical experience of quality management of all over the world,it focuses on eight quality management principles that if applied effectively, leads to the satisfaction of all interested parties.Many foreign universities or training organizations use ISO9000,the independent college as higher education organization which has characteristic of service can also use ISO9000.This paper is combined condition of teaching quality of the independent college with ISO9000 standard,advises that the Independent college should establish teaching quality management system based on ISO9000 standard.The independent college which uses ISO 9000 can build an all-around and scientific quality management system,can improve teaching quality,boost up competitive power in higher education market through a set of principles and a framework provided by ISO 9000. This paper gives some new ideal.1.Teaching quality of the Independent college is involved many aspects,this paper analyzes condition of teaching quality of the Independent college form teaching goal,teacher,curriculum and student management,brings forward a new way to change the condition of teaching quality-teaching quality management system based on ISO 9000 standard.2.This paper discusses effect of teaching quality management system based on ISO 9000 standard for the Independent college,prove that the Independent college can use ISO 9000 standard.3.This paper gives some advices for the independent college which want to establish teaching quality management system based on ISO 9000 standard.4.According to ISO 9000 standard,This paper analyzes condition of teaching quality of Huaqing college of XI'AN Architecture and Technology University,advises that the college should emphasize key nodes of teaching quality,establishes whole document of teaching management and checkup itself periodically.
