The Research On The Cultivation Of Autonomous Entrepreneurship Of College Students

The development and progress of a country relies on the young generation’swisdom, courage and power, and college students as a high-end intellectual compoundyouth talents, are the continuous move to future development and social progress. Thenext century is the innovative century, the burden is on the college students. Atpresent, with the rapid development of economic society, university students’employment appear temporarily bad. The pressure, on the other hand, also givesyoung students an opportunity and challenge. College students self-employment,therefore, gets the more and more attention and support of the party and thegovernment, has won the acceptance and encouragement of the whole society.When autonomous entrepreneurship becomes social trends, the cultivation ofautonomous entrepreneurship is crucial. Enterprising spirit is the foundation and pillar,and enterprising spirit gives spiritual motivation and intellectual support forentrepreneurship. Cultivating students’ entrepreneurship in China starts late, due tosubjective and objective limitation, problems still exist. So, based on the objectivereality and practical problems,“the quaternity(including state, society, university andcollege students) cultivation method” was put forward.The paper analyzes the cultivation of autonomous entrepreneurship from fiveaspects. The related research results are introduced and writing ideas are built in thefirst part. The second part is about rational thinking of college students’ autonomousentrepreneurship value, it mainly analyzes the background, connotation and valuesignificance of autonomous entrepreneurship cultivation. The third part mainly talksabout the experiences and thoughts of college students entrepreneurship cultivationabroad, combining the advanced experience of the United States, Britain, Japan, andoffers reference for our country. The fourth part is about current situation andthoughts to cultivate college students’ autonomous entrepreneurship, it mainlyinvestigates the current problems existed in colleges and universities on the basis of Datong University related practical research. The fifth part offers constructivemethods to cultivate college students’ autonomous entrepreneurship from four aspects:the state, society, university and college students, hoping to provide with positivetheories and practical references.In just finished two sessions, entrepreneurship and innovation become the nationalhot words. Premier li keqiang’s government report also notes that "nation-wideentrepreneurship, multitude innovation". It is the national future vision.
