Chu Theory Of Entrepreneurship Education

Entrepreneurship education is a kind of new education theory, which was put forward by the western countries in the later stage of the seventies of the 20th century .It cultivates the starting type talent who has the characters of undertaking consciousness, enterprising spirit and undertaking ability as the goal. Strengthening university students' entrepreneurship education, cultivating the starting type talent who has the characters of undertaking consciousness, enterprising spirit and undertaking ability are the new demand for education in the era of knowledge-driven economy. Especially, in the severe employment situation day by day for university students, there is realistic and far-reaching meaning even more.The first part of this text has defined the concept, the nature, the goal and the content of entrepreneurship education. At first ,the text analyzed several kinds of different views of academia at present ,and thought that entrepreneurship education is a kind of education theory and education system ,which develops and raises student's basic quality of undertaking as the goal and taught the student knowledge ,ability and psychological quality which are necessary to engaged in starting an undertaking in order to make them become the starting type talent through the reforms of the course ,educational content and teaching method. On the basis of this, this text discussed the relationships between entrepreneurship education ,career education , specialized education and innovative education .Then the text talked about the nature ,the goal and the content of entrepreneurship education. The text thought entrepreneurship education is the important part of quality-oriented education on nature, also is the all the life education which makes people' s quality improve and deepen constantly, and pointed out that entrepreneurship education should cultivate the starting type talent who has the characters of undertaking consciousness, enterprising spirit and undertaking ability as the goal .The text thought that the content of entrepreneurship education concludes five parts , respectively, cultivating undertaking consciousness and spirit .raising undertaking quality ,improving undertaking ability and increasing knowledge and technical ability.The second part discussed the necessity, possibility and realistic meaning of entrepreneurship education. At first, the text pointed out that entrepreneurship education is not only the reality needs of alleviating the contradiction of talent's supply and demand, but also is the inherent demand of market economy under socialism ,and is even more the objective request .Secondly, the text analyzed the possibility of entrepreneurship education, and pointed out that the strategic objective of building the society of well-to-do level by the 16th reprehensive congress, Chinese undertaking activities since the reform and opening up to the outside world and the successful experience abroad all offered the advantaged condition to start entrepreneurship education in our country . The third, the text pointed out the realistic meaning of starting entrepreneurship education: favorable to the renewal of student's idea; favorable to improve the ability of scientific and technical innovation of our country; and favorable to the high educational reform. Thus the text drew the conclusion that entrepreneurship education should be implemented immediacy.The third part is the key part of this text, made some suggestion on how to implement entrepreneurship education. The text pointed out that starting entrepreneurship education must use advanced experience abroad for reference and indicated at the same time changing the educational idea, defining education and innovating on the teaching method are the precondition of starting entrepreneurship education. On the basis of this, the text talked about the implementing approach and suggested that entrepreneurship education may be started through university students' undertaking contest, practice, social work and elective course, etc.
