| Chinese economy is at a critical period of transition. As an emerging force in the market, college students enterprising not only contribute to Economic structure transformation from labor-intensive to knowledge-intensive, but also alleviate the employment pressure of college and society. So research on college students enterprising has important theoretical and practical significance.This paper takes this as a starting point, first has reviewed the historical background of entrepreneurship and home and aboard study status of college students enterprising. And second, this paper elaborates the some conceptions about entrepreneurship, college students enterprising, college students enterprising model, characteristics of college students entrepreneur so that it leads to the four core elements of college student enterprising supporting system. Third, this paper through the elaboration of how the United States and Japan supporting their college students enterprise gives a full analysis of similarities and differences about policy support, education support, financial support, service support in college student enterprising supporting system of the United States and Japan. Finally, this paper analyzes the basic status of Chinese college student enterprising and understands the problems of Chinese college student enterprising according to the questionnaire. So the paper could build a complete Chinese college student enterprising supporting system. In the meantime, the paper focuses the views of college students, teachers, and social people about the college student enterprising supporting system and with that it could conduct a fuzzy evaluation about it. We could know which factors need to focus on improving and strengthening in the college student enterprising supporting system. As a conclusion, the paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the system, promote entrepreneurship and raise the survival rates of college student enterprise. |
