| The quality and effectiveness of educational management affects the school level andteaching quality. The educational management, with identity “direct management servicessectorâ€, plays an important part in the “teaching-centered†activities of school. As a strategictask, the running of Open University by the “long-term Education Reform and DevelopmentPlan (2010-2020)â€, not only for adult and distance education has opened up the developingfield, but also makes the training and the teaching management greater attention. For now, inorder to make sure the healthy development of the Open University, the important problem tobe solved is the educational administration of Open University must work closely around theLife-long Education System, further development and improvement.In this paper, the educational management of Guangdong Open University for the study,with six years of work according to their educational management practices, and combiningpublic management theory. I analyze the status of the educational management of the OpenUniversity by the methods as questionnaires and comparative analysis. Currently, I find someproblems from the educational management system, educational management systemconstruction and educational management team. Learn from advanced managementexperience through the Open University abroad, I pointed out the countermeasures thatperfect the educational administration of Guangdong Open University. We advocated theconstruction of e educational management system, educational management systemconstruction and educational management team is imperative, in order to improve theprofessional level of educational management.This study was designed to cause the attention about the existing problems of the OpenUniversity of educational management, to be innovative educational management, to beenhancing the strength of running the Guangdong Open University. The ultimate goal is toprovide quality services for the construction of a learning society. |
