Research On Only Child University Students' Educational Management

In our country,the scale of the only child expands day by day,it has gradually become a huge social group that not allowed neglected and has caused the widespread social attention. Now among the university students,the proportion of the only child is growing year by year, the proportion of the only child university students has surpassed 30%,the proportion of the only child university students from the city has come to 90%,it has already become a great task to educate and manage the only child university students for the university ideological and political workers.This research uses the questionnaire on only child university students as the basic starting point,adopt the method of integrating theory analysis with empirical investigation to make the in-depth research on the only child university students' educational management work,primary coverage can be divided into five major parts:the first part,elaborate the subject background on this research,summarize the theory literature related to this research and the research state at home and abroad,point out the aim and significance of this research;the second part, summarize the only child university students' characteristics and its influencing factors.Firstly, describe the only child university students' phenomenon from three separate perspectives,then according to the investigation data,combine the literature material,summarize the unique performances on the only child,analyze comparatively the different characteristics between the only child and the non-only child university students,analyze the family,school,society as well as own factors that affect the only child university students' characteristics;the third part, elaborate on the necessity of strengthening and improving the only child university students' educational management work from the present new change of the education object,the education content and the education environment;the fourth part,from the responsibility consciousness education,the life practice education,the main part education,the psychologically healthy education,as well as the coordinate family and social education these five aspects,analyze the present questions which exist on the only-child university student educational management work,to create the condition target-oriented in solving the questions which exists on the only-child university student educational management work;finally,the fifth part,in view of the above insufficiency,combine the Ideological and political education theory,brought forth the targeted strategy that can strengthen and improve the only child university students' educational management work from enhancing responsibility consciousness education's effectiveness,innovating the life practice education,promoting the self-education managed capacity,improving university psychology educational pattern, constructing family,the school and the society as a system educational management,thereby wish the only child university students develop more preferably and healthily,further impel the theory and practice research of the university ideological and political educational work.
