Chinese is an important curriculum, The basic characteristics of Chinesecurriculum is the unity of the instrumental and humanism. The instrumental involvesthe study of Chinese knowledge. The rhetoric is the important content of languageknowledge learning. There have been a lot of controversy about the status of rhetoricknowledge teaching in the Chinese teaching and how to make effective teaching. Asthe Teaching Standards for Chinese in Full-time Compulsory Schooling(experimentalmanuscript)(here in after Experimental Manuscript)promulgate. This thesis studyabout the present situation of rhetoric knowledge in teaching material in the followingfour aspects.Section1Discuss the status of rhetoric teaching in Chinese teaching. From two aspects todefine the concept of rhetoric knowledge. The first one is discuss the concept ofrhetoric combined with the description and interpretation of some famous linguist.The second one is discuss the concept of active rhetoric and passive rhetoric. Thediscussion of the status of rhetoric knowledge is mainly about the status of rhetoricknowledge in middle school Chinese teaching. Specific analysis the status of rhetoricknowledge from Experimental Manuscript, The university entrance exam outline andthe relationship of rhetoric knowledge and language ability three aspects.Section2The main content is the present of rhetoric knowledge in junior Chinese textbookof Jiangsu education press edition. By study the rhetoric knowledge in the textbook tofind problem. First, statistics and analysis the figure of speech which is indicated byExperimental Manuscript. Second, analysis systematic the other rhetoric knowledge.Specific analysis from figure of speech, word knowledge, sentence knowledge, andwritings knowledge in the present of teaching material four aspect to. About theproblem of the present of rhetoric in textbook. This thesis is analysis from the text,exercises, appendix or project.Section3Mainly analysis the present of rhetoric in textbook. The main content is analysis the problem of the present of rhetoric in textbook. The analysis of existing problemsfrom figure of speech, word knowledge, sentence knowledge, and writings knowledgefour aspects.Section4The strategy of rhetoric knowledge in middle school Chinese teaching. Specificdiscussed from two aspects. First, the strategy of active rhetoric and passive rhetoric,and this conforms to the research ideas. Second, specific discuss the strategy of therhetoric knowledge teaching from teaching content and teaching method of rhetoricknowledge.
