Study On The Ideological And Political Education In College Student Financial Aid Work

The object of financial aid for college students is students from poor families. As aspecial group in colleges and universities, these students have been highly concerned bythe state, society and universities. The government has promulgated a series of subsidypolicies which guarantee the rights of poor students to receive higher education andpromote the realization of higher education equity. But in the aid work, there are also aseries of ideological problems. It is urgent to strengthen ideological and political educationin order to achieve the purpose of funding education. This paper focuses on the ideologicaland political education in college student financial aid work. Through theory analysis,literature research and empirical survey research methods, the paper discusses someproblems, such as why to do, what to do, how to do in ideological and political educationin the student financial aid work. That is to explore why the ideological and politicaleducation formed in student aid work, which aspect of the ideological and politicaleducation to carry out and main measures of it.Firstly, through questionnaires, grasping the status of college students’ ideological andpolitical education, it analyzes the ideological problems of college students and thedeficiencies of ideological and political education in the college student aid work, all ofwhich are basis for carrying out ideological and political education in the aid work.Secondly, the paper expounds some basic principles, such as humanism, thecombination of mediation and guidance, solving ideological problems and practicalproblems, which are the theoretical basis for the work of ideological and politicaleducation, and the basic rules followed when carrying out the ideological and politicaleducation in the aid work.Thirdly, it discusses the content system of ideological and political education of thestudent financial aid and puts forward a series of specific ways to strengthen ideologicaland political education in view of the specific content of ideological and political education.Finally, it explores the innovative measures of ideological and political education, in termsof funding education model, funding education work ethic, work mechanisms and workmethods of the ideological and political education in the aid work.Through the study of the ideological and political education in college student aidwork, it is thought that poor college students are a special group in colleges anduniversities, which is the main object of ideological and political education and collegestudent aid. The education should focus on this particular object to carry out a series ofactivities of ideological education. In order to achieve educational goals, we need toestablish the basic principles of ideological and political education in aid work and choosetargeted educational content and the appropriate means of education, innovate educationmethods, and establish a long-term prospect of ideological and political education.
