The Problems And Countermeasures Research Of Poor College Students Management System

With the on going deepening of the reform of higher education system, especially after the scale of the enrolment of higher education has been enlarged, the problems of poor students in universities are becoming great issues that can't be ignored. The government, schools and the society did a lot of work on it and gained certain achievement. But the present administration system also shows certain malpractice.The poor college students management system of Nantong University was estimated. The achievements, shortcomings and management ways of the system were analyzed. The analysis results show that the key part of the management system is students'financial support management system, which include: the student loan offered by the hometown, scholarship, grant, part-time jobs. According to the analysis results, a new financial support management system is established. This management system includes: 1, establishing a scientific poor college students presume standards; 2, Strengthen the ideological and political education and mental health education; 3, improving its employment service system; 4,building a reasonable loan management system; 5, the poor college students should be paid more attention by college managers.
