ABSTRACT:Creative quality is necessary internal quality for the individual carrying innovation activities, important affecting factors for college students obtaining innovation products and becoming the innovative talents. The structure and the relationship of the creative quality were discussed by previous researchers, while there is no comprehensive empirical study of the constitute mechanism and cultivation methods of creative quality, yet.A kind of multidimensional comprehensive quality is summarized and proposed in the paper, which is composed of five dimensions:creative personality, creative spirit, creative thinking, creative capacity and innovative knowledge. Besides, college students’ Creative Quality Iceberg Model is built according to the theory of competency.In this paper, the college students’ creative quality questionnaire is compiled on the basis of consulting a large number of relevant papers, combined with the amendments to the existing authority scale, which is used to evaluate the present situation of college students’ creative quality.Status of the college students participating in the second classroom, scores of courses and scholarships information were collected. Conclusions draw mainly as follows, based on empirical investigation and analysis of287college students of three universities in different areas.The present situation of college students’ creative quality is with strong creative personality and good creative spirit, the innovative knowledge is in a medium level, while creative capacity is in a low level, creative thinking is poor.College students’ creative quality gets constitutive property. There’s significant correlation relationship between five dimensions, and different characteristics of the college students have differences in creative quality performance.Creative personality is the kernel part of potential competence quality of the college students’ creative quality Iceberg Model. While the creative spirit and creative thinking are outer core part of the potential competency of the quality factors. Innovative knowledge and creative capacity are dominant competency parts of the quality factors.There is significant correlation between college students’ creative quality, the second classroom, the courses system and the evaluation system. College students’ creative quality could be cultivated by developing the second classroom activities, adjusting the course system and the evaluation system. |
