A Research Of The Cultivation Of College Students' Creative Quality In The Minority Regions

It is very important to enhance the cultivation of college students'creative quality to promote the development of economy, the solidarity of all ethic groups, the prosperity of our nation and the quality of professional training. Owing to the historical reasons and the economical and cultural differences, there is still a wide gap between the cultivation of creative person in the higher schools of minority regions and that in the East Regions, which is incompatible with the rapid development of economy and social undertakings of the minority regions. Lack of high-quality creative person is becoming an important factor to limit the development of economy in minority regions. It is imperative for higher schools of minority regions to study the cultivation of the creative quality of the college students there. Taking the cultivation of the creative quality of the college students in Guangxi for an example, this thesis put its analysis and study from the following aspects. Firstly, it explains such important concepts as creation, creative quality and some other relevant ones, analyzes the relationship and differences among them, giving a theoretical study of them, and introduces the purpose, importance and methodology of the research. Secondly, it expounds the importance of the cultivation of the creative quality of the college students in minority regions from national level and regional level, and points out that it is necessary for the implementation of the Theory of Scientific Development, the construction of innovating country, the acceptation of the challenge of knowledge economy, the enhancing of comprehensive national strength, and the promotion of economical, political, cultural and social development of the minority regions. Thirdly, it analyzes the current situation and problems of the cultivation of the creative quality of the college students in minority regions, and at the same time, it touches upon the root of the problems. Fourthly, based on the characteristics and reality of college students in minority regions and from the aspects of education concept, teaching reform, teaching faculty, system and mechanism, it put forward four basic ways to cultivate the creative quality of the college students in minority regions:first, to renew the concept of higher education and the notions of creative talents training in minority regions; second, to advance educational and teaching reform, and renew the talents training mode in minority regions; third, to reinforce the construction of teaching faculty, and establish bases for creative talents; fourth, to strengthen the system for the creative ability of the college students, and offer a good environment for the cultivation of creative talents.
