Research On Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Contemporary College Students’ Ideological And Moral Education

College students with a wealth of cultural knowledge, valuable talent isto promote social progress, nation of hope, the future of the country. They arethe backbone of the future construction of socialism with Chinesecharacteristics, and to them is entrusted with the overall construction of awell-off society and achieving the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation’shistory. Their ideological and moral standards, is directly related to the overallquality of the Chinese nation, and determine the fate of the party and thecountry’s future. Can they train to become qualified builders and reliablesuccessors to the Socialist cause, is whether the party’s cause will be carriedforward and the decisive factor in the country’s long-term stability. Studentpopulation as an important carrier of advanced social culture, will beconstructing a Socialist harmonious society, promoting social transformationof core strength. On social trends, consumer ideas and many aspects of sociallife, such as life, many new ideas and values students are participants andinitiators, plays a dominant and leading role. Whether or not their moralcondition has become a measure of social progress, an important symbol ofthe success of social transformation.This paper is mainly based on questionnaires, to Wuhan, the survey of college students in several colleges of the city. Contains, Wuhan University,Huazhong University of science colleges; arts colleges in central ChinaNormal University, zhongnan University specialist colleges Technical Collegeof Wuhan, professional colleges and7universities of Hubei Academy ofmusic, as well as Hubei Institute of.1500students against7Universityconducted a month-long investigation, survey content included on collegestudents ’ ideological and moral educational methods, educational contents,educational objectives, evaluation methods, educational outcomes, and so on.Based on the summary of the research results and theories, we conducted ananalysis of the findings of the present situation of college students ’ideological and moral education and to study the cause of the problems incollege students ’ ideological and moral education in colleges and universities,as well as countermeasures of strengthening college students ’ ideological andmoral education.I hope this study could improve the current situation of college students ’ideological and moral education, and ways to broaden the students ’participation in social practice, and develop their sense of responsibility andself-education capability, enriching campus culture, strengthen interactionamong schools, families, social relationships, and in ensuring that they have ahigher literacy, and strive to improve the ideological and moral quality ofcollege students so that they become qualified builders and successors of the Socialist construction with Chinese characteristics.
