Under The New Situation, Ideological And Moral Education Countermeasures Research

The period of university life is crucial for the formation of one's attitude towards the world and his whole life. Universities and colleges are important places where thoughts and moral education is offered. They also bear the responsibility of giving students the basic theories for forming elementary thoughts and moral norms. At the same time they need to give the society targets to achieve and models to learn from.It is important to recognize the tasks facing thoughts and moral education of university students and to build new evaluation system allowing university students to adopt themselves to the developing world. And it is necessary to integrate thoughts and moral education with stuff education and to pay much attention to the effectiveness of thoughts and moral education of university students.This paper includes four parts.In part one, i.e. in chapter 1, the author mainly discusses the importance of enforcing thoughts and moral education to university students and gives an outline of the paper.In part two which includes chapter 2 and 3, the situation and problems of thoughts and moral education to university students are analyzed, which offers a basis for the whole research.Part three, i.e., chapter 4, first discusses the thoughts and moral status of university students, and then gives a thorough analysis of social and economic transformation and the ideology change of university students. Based on the analysis and research above and from the perspective of Systems Engineering, the paper gives a set of countermeasures to enforce thoughts and moral education of university students. These countermeasures are as follows. Have the idea of System Engineeringand perfect the working system. Make the students themselves the main body of thoughts and moral education. Give prominence to the main targets and contents of thoughts and moral education. Build evaluation system of thoughts and moral education of university students, which includes the idea of politics, time, society, life, value and career. At the same time broaden the way of the education and give more chances for the students to practice. It is important too to make the education from family, school and society more effective to give a better environment and basis for the thoughts and moral education of university students.
