Researh On Thoughts And Practices About Studying Abroad Of Zhang Zhidong

Especially the innovative ideas opened the new pattern ofmodern studying abroad.The last part comprehensively evaluate Zhang’s thoughts and practices about studyingabroad. It not only transformed Chinese knowledge and ideology, but also made acontribution to the modernization of Chinese education.To study Zhang Zhidong’s thoughts and practice not only have theoretical and practicalsignificance to Chinese modern education, but also play the pioneering role to study-tours oftoday’s China. As a excellent minister, Zhang was known as a modern history of politician, astrategist and a industrialist in the late Qing Dynasty.
