| “The source of the good is teaching, the source of the teaching is teachersâ€. Behind thebackground of lifelong education theory and the theory of teacher professional development, in order tomeet the social needs and achieve professional and quality development of teachers, teachers trainingundertaken by various institutions using various ways emerge in an endless stream. The implementation ofthe "national training plan" project started in2010year is also a teacher training,"national training plan"project includes two parts:“demonstrative training program of primary and secondary school teachers†and“training program of the Midwest rural backbone teachersâ€. Each item consists of many small sub project.The main task of this thesis is researching on “replacement full-time training project for primary andsecondary school teachers in backbone teacher training project of Western rural areasâ€. Replacement offull-time training is the special program of the pre-service and in-service teachers training. The study ismainly on the training mode which the training normal universities are trying to adopt on the backboneteachers. Since the implementation is on,tens of thousands of rural backbone teachers have been trained,the good voice of the vast rural teachers is very high, including good response. According to the simpleprimitive interviews, most rural teachers like this program, Not only complements the professionalknowledge but also broaden the horizons, while the training result and the training mode is not satisfied bythe teachers who have been trained. Therefore, by the education experts at all level’s voice about the modelinnovation in order to make the replacement of full-time training project more effective, more targeted,more promotive of the teacher professional development, this article bases the thesis writing about how tooptimize the replacement training mode. First, the paper clarifies the research questions and the basicconcepts. Secondly, the paper is making the division about theoretical basis for teacher training, indicatingthat the source of the teacher training and the damarcation point teacher training. Third, the paper reviewsthe status of the training model and summarizes the analysis of the causes of the problem. Finally,suggestions for improvement on teacher training models and optimization strategies based on the analysisof all the above. |
