Our country has implemented the educational system of the professional master's degree since 1991. During the past 20 years, such kind of education has developed rapidly and made remarkable progress. The educational system of specialized degree has been initially established with Chinese characteristic in China, which has brought up a large number of qualified people with high level and ability of application to meet the needs of modernization of the socialism. In 2005, the professional master's degree for PE (MPE) has been established in the way of not being full-time and started to recruit students. The enrollment for the graduating student began in 2009 in the way of full-time training. The major of full-time professional master's degree emerged on the basis of this background.This paper makes the investigation and does the research about the arrangement of the curriculum for the full-time MPE and its training mode by the way of literature, interview, questionnaire, statistics and other research methods. After doing the research, the author found some deficiencies in the process of specific implementation, such as the arrangement of the courses is not scientific and reasonable, meanwhile it is also out of line with their training objectives; the teaching practice is a little weak; the way of training is not rich enough and perfect. Now according to the deficiencies written above, the author gives some recommendations as follows:1. Establish and improve the training mode of the full-time MPE and arrange the curriculum in a scientific and reasonable way so as to make it get the best effect.2. Establish and improve the training mode of MPE so as to make it develop in the right direction.3. Establish the double training mechanism by joining the study of in and out of school. Implement the "double tutorial system".4. Build the bases out of campus for practice. Strengthen the relationship between the campus and the company so as to provide the convenience for the students'practice.5. Pay more attention to the supervision of the students'practice and the assessment.6. Establish and improve the system of the scholarships for the full-time MPE.
