Liang Qichao is a well-known politicians in the modern history of China, Enlightenment thinkers, scholars, is also a distinguished educator. He has left us a rich heritage of Chinese language education, which has an extremely important instructional significance to the current Chinese language education of middle school.The instructional significance of Liang’s thought on Chinese language education in today’s Chinese language teaching start with an overview of the thought of Liang Qichao Chinese language education. This paper clarifies his aims of Chinese language education which is "cultivating the cognition, emotion, will", and his teaching of reading, writing, teacher-student relationship and teaching of an approach. This paper exhibits a complete picture of the rich content of the educational ideas of Liang Qichao. His Chinese language educational thought not only has the progressive significance, but also coincides with the concept of today’s curriculum reform. Secondly, The current teaching situations in Chinese language teaching are summarized from the teaching of reading, writing, teacher-student relationship, teaching methods in four aspects. Meanwhile, this paper analyses the main problem in-depth in teaching of reading, writing, teacher-student relationship, teaching methods. As the theoretical basis, Liang Qichao’s Chinese language educational thought gives more methods to solve problems in today’s Chinese language teaching.Liang Qichao’s Chinese language educational thought not only reflects the essence of Chinese language education, and conforms to the trend of historical development, and has a significant practical value in today’s Chinese language education. Meanwhile, Liang Qichao’s Chinese language educational thought gains a new life in today’s middle school’s Chinese language teaching.
