The concept of the new curriculum advocates cultivating students’ interest inlearning, improving the experiment ability of students, changing the learning style ofstudents, improving students’ innovative spirit and ability, and promoting the scientificliteracy of students. To improve the students’ ability in many aspects, only theclassroom teaching is unable to realize. Homework is an important part of teachingwhich it can not only help students consolidate and apply classroom knowledge, butalso foster the students ability of practice, it is also the effective way ofteaching feedback. What can not be ignored is the current junior high school physicshomework exist many problems which run counter to the new curriculum concept.Based on the analysis of relevant literature and data, combining theteaching theory and practice investigation, principle, implementation strategy, type andcase of the junior middle school physics homework design operation are studied. Thefull thesis is divided into five parts: The first part describes the research background,analyze research situation of domestic and foreign assignments, using the method ofdocument study, explain the purpose and significance of this research, and define thehomework and other related concepts. Depending on the student questionnaireand teacher interview the second part analyzes and summarizes the shortcomingsof the junior middle school physics homework design at present, which can provide apractical basis for the thesis. The new curriculum standard theory, constructivistlearning theory, cognitive load theory, multiple intelligence theory, the zone ofproximal development theory is discussed in detail. These provide a scientific basis forthe text. The third part describes extracurricular homework’s design principles,benefiting teachers to follow in the design process. The fourth part expoundshomework implementation strategy which can provide the concrete implementationplan for the junior middle school physics teachers design work, to stimulate students’interest in learning, and to meet the development needs of students. The fifthpart introduces four typical assignment procedures and provides the corresponding case, sets operational reference example for junior high school physics teachers’designing work. Finally the author carries on the summary and reflection of this thesis,and put forward the innovation of this thesis, the deficiency and the problems to besolved.
