Structurally, there are three parts of the paper. The first part is introduction,emphasis on bringing in about research problem, objection and evaluate about theresearch results, both domestic and global. Also, in the first part, the writer pointed outher approach and methods to solve the problem. In the second part, which the mainbody is, briefly elaborate about the importance of manual training class carry out inelementary school. It is the best time to develop ability of operation of a child, tocombine the practical, observation and language skills. In the next place is to rationaluse educational psychology in art and craft lesson, to stimulate children’s interest tolearn and to participate in practical. Lastly, utilize the methods about behavior strategy,technical learning and expand mindspace to educate children’s practical skills. The finalpart is the conclusion. After introduce and research the case, combine with the theoriesand actual teaching experiences, teachers need to step out from the traditional educatepattern–long distance school teaching, the teachers on the platform and students sitbehind their tables. The teachers should motive children to start to be creative andinnovative.In the modern society, art as course in general schools is gaining more attentionsthan ever. Arts teaching combine with aesthetic and intellectual is becoming morepopular among education. Since children are considering as the ‘massager of beauty’,they are born with the ability and potential to explore and create beauties. Almost all thechildren have synesthesia. Synesthesia is ability to connect one thing from both objectand character to another. For us to do is utilizing early stage art education to develop,explore and expand children’s unique ability.
