With the development of the information age, the advancement of the curriculum reform andeducation, the integration of information technology and secondary school curriculum teaching has becomean important issue in the field of education. Middle school ideological and political course as a collectionof ideology, political, social, as one of the characteristic discipline, its development needs richly diversesocial and cultural information and current events politics, the teaching material of information extraction isbased on the Internet, in addition, compared with the traditional paper-based way of teaching resourcessharing, across time and space limit of the network teaching resources sharing way more convenient,sustainable, therefore, set up in the middle school political course for the space based on the Internetnetwork resource is very necessary. Middle school political course the establishment of the networkresource has an important practical and theoretical significance, from the practical level, the establishmentof the network database provides a platform for teachers and students teaching and learning, whileconvenient teaching to achieve the sustainable value of teaching resources, to promote the curriculumreform and the development of quality education; From the theoretical level, its construction experience formany scholars of education information technology and courses teaching provides the reference value,further enrich the theory of construction of the middle school political course network resource base.In comprehensive research and analysis of the existing middle school political course networkresource, on the basis of the literature, based on the macro perspective, starting from the build level ofmiddle school political course network resource, combining the theory of education technology, theteaching of political knowledge, and in view of the actual political course network resource constructionproblems of countermeasures. This study can be roughly divided into three parts, the first part of the middleschool political course modules of network database, functional requirements be roughly, the second part inthe understanding of politics course based on the analysis of network resource use, focus on the actuallibrary construction problems, list of problems and reason analysis, the third part has been clear about thecurriculum theory as the theoretical basis of network resource construction principles, and on the causeanalysis of the problems existing in the library construction countermeasures, so as to perfect the construction of political course network database system, the intention to achieve true education effectiveintegration of information technology and middle school teaching.
