The information technology taking technology of the computer and technology of the network as the core is to influence most extensive science and technology at present, and every country in the world is strengthening the development dynamics of the know-how education of the information. The information and knowledge have become the basics resource in the society, and the information industry have become one of the key industry in the society, so the information technology has already permeated social life and every aspect of working. The accomplishment of the information becomes a kind of basic quality that each citizen of information-intensive society must possess, and the ability to obtain, analyze, process and utilize information can be regarded as important as the ability of k traditional "reading, writing, calculation". It is basic demand that the information-intensive society put forward to the new-type talent. At present, the main goal of deepening educational reform is to establish new-type teaching mode. To realize such a goal, nothing can be done without IITC.
