| Secondary vocational education become the "talent supply" in the developing industrial society and the whole country including the local governments at all levels are paying more and more attention to the development of secondary vocational education. However, the social demands of secondary vocational education are not equal to the individual demands of secondary vocational education. This study is based on Yongzhou City of Hunan Province. On one hand, this study presents the development of economic and society and the whole educational humanities atmosphere from the local Bureau of Education, Statistics Agencies and Municipal Governments; On the other hand, this study chooses middle school graduates of Yongzhou as the research objects and adopts questionnaire survey, field interviews and literature to investigate the individual demand of secondary vocational education and its influence factors. Besides, back to some middle school and make more field interviews. Afterwards, use the method of variance analysis to analyzes individual differences in need of secondary vocational education; adapt the common factors and analyzes its influence degrees. In the end, come to the conclusions and put forward the countermeasures.The study found that:the individual demand of secondary vocational education and the quality of the student is poor; the main influence factors are the stabilityã€the learningã€the territoryã€the affects from othersã€the willã€the educational aimã€the family characteristics; improving income is the internal power; education resources and learning condition at some levels play the decisive roles; the concept of secondary vocational education also have an important influence. This paper recommends that:Reform the high school education system and improve the individual demand of secondary vocational education and the quality of the students; improve the system of secondary vocational education and insist the market as the guidance; improve employment laws and enhance the graduates’ treatment; devote greater efforts to rural education and guide the students to establish a correct concept about learning; use more promotion to establish a correct concept about secondary vocational education. |
