| In order to promote the development of modern industrialization,developing vocational education has become an important strategy to boost economy and strengthen national strength.In order to cultivate the highly skilled workers needed by the society,the country has vigorously developed vocational education and promulgated a series of policies and regulations,which has brought a booming trend for the development of secondary vocational education.The state’s support and attention to secondary vocational education has greatly improved the enrollment quality of secondary vocational schools in recent years,but students with academic difficulties are still a relatively large proportion of vulnerable groups,especially those with numerical difficulties.For every secondary vocational mathematics teacher,it is a realistic task that they must face to figure out the main reasons that cause this group of mathematics learning difficulties and realize the transformation of log-trapped students.HPM is an education-oriented study on the history of mathematics,which involves all aspects of mathematics education.As one of the aspects,it has certain scientific basis to study the problem of mathematically challenged students from the perspective of HPM.In the research process,this paper mainly adopts the method of combining literature research and investigation,among which the investigation method includes questionnaire survey and interview survey.Firstly,the relevant literature on the current situation of HPM and numerically poor students at home and abroad was sorted out and analyzed.Then,through the investigation of 1400 students in the second grade of secondary vocational schools,the current situation of their mathematics learning and the application of the history of mathematics in teaching activities were analyzed,and several main causes of numerically poor students in secondary vocational schools were summarized.It includes students’ own factors,teachers’ factors and family factors.Since students and math teachers are directly involved in teaching activities,this paper mainly focuses on students’ own factors and teachers’ factors.Finally,from the perspective of HPM,it puts forward transformation countermeasures for students with math problems: teaching design based on HPM,story strategy based on HPM,teaching based on historical math names,and carrying out extracurricular activities of mathematics popularization and reading famous books.The history of mathematics is based on the principle of genesis and the theory of constructivism.From this perspective,it is of theoretical basis and practical significance to transform the poor students,hoping to improve the teaching and learning quality of mathematics in secondary vocational schools. |
