Secondary vocational education is an important part of high school education in our country,and it is an important task of training high-quality professional and technical personnel.For many years,China's secondary vocational education has trained a large number of workers with professional theoretical knowledge,skilled operation skills and good educational quality for the construction of socialist economy.But as the market reform of colleges and universities and greatly expand enrollment,facing the increasingly severe employment situation and the increasingly fierce competition for jobs,compared with college students,at a disadvantage in employment of graduates,because of age,knowledge,social experience,family and other factors,there is no mature employment psychology and expectations,thus affecting their normal employment,and the secondary occupation education reform has not adapt to the new changes and new situation,the medium occupation school enrollment and employment generally face greater pressure,many schools have entered a dilemma.However,with the continuous development of secondary vocational education,there will be more and more secondary vocational graduates to the society,become the new force of socialist economic construction.In the case of this kind of development and problems,training and helping students to form a reasonable employment expectations,and promote students to achieve a smooth employment,secondary vocational schools,society and the government must pay attention to the problem.The employment expectation is people of overall consideration and expectations for the factors of salary and welfare,working place,unit properties in employment,this paper takes M vocational school students as the research sample,first from the basic situation,individual ability evaluation,employment cognition and employment expectations and other four aspects of the descriptive statistical analysis.Then,from the two dimensions of the objective and subjective analysis of the potential impact of factors on the salary and welfare,employment areas and the nature of the employment unit and other employment expectations.In the aspect of objective factors,statistical comparison and correlation analysis using this method of gender,professional category,professional achievement,family location and social practice experience on salary and welfare,employment and employment unit nature of employment expectations,that have significant effects have significant influence,expectations of professionalcategories on M vocational school school students employment professional achievements in M vocational school students the nature of the employment unit expectations and other objective factors have no significant influence on the employment expectation.In the subjective factors,using factor analysis and regression analysis method to analyze the evaluation of personal ability of M vocational school students and employment cognitive effects on employment expectations,found that the evaluation of personal ability of M vocational school students has significant influence on the nature of the employment unit and the employment expectation,cognition has no obvious effect on the employment expectation.Finally,based on the conclusions,the paper puts forward some policy suggestions to improve the employment expectations of secondary vocational school students.
