Research On The Safety Management Of School Facilities

The safety management of school is an important factor determining whetherthe school educational activities can be carried out smoothly. And the safetymanagement of school facilities is an important aspect of school management.Through combing the current situation of the safety management of L schoolfacilities, this study aims to analyze the problems and the reasons for their existence,and put forward the corresponding suggestions on the management of schoolfacilities, with a view to benefit the safety management of school facilities. Throughthe above ideas, this research is divided into the following four parts:The first part is the introduction. This part is divided into six levels. The firstlevel is to put forward problems on the research, the second level is to clarifysignificance of the research, the third level is to define the concept, the fourth levelis to analyze the current status of research on the safety management of school and the safety management of school facilities from domestic and foreign, the fifth levelis to determine the relevant theoretical basis of this study, and the sixth level is topropose the research methods and the research ideas.The second part is to describe the present situation in the safety management ofL school facilities through the investigation, including understanding the basicinformation of L school, inducing the reflected information from the questionnairesof the teachers and students and the interviews.Basing on the investigation in the second part, the third part is to analyze theexisting problems about the safety management of L school facilities, which mainlyare following: poor school facilities below the national standard, security problemsare existed in the current school facilities, and the development on safety system ofthe school facilities faces difficulties.Basing on existing problems about the safety management of L school facilitiesand their relative reasons, the fourth part puts forward the suggestions on how tosolve the existing problems about the safety management of L school facilities,which the government should improve the laws and regulations on the safetymanagement of school, increase investment in safety facilities, establish earlywarning mechanism of the safety facilities; school should fulfill its responsibility toestablish and improve the systems of safety management, and strengthen theeducation of safety facilities.
