| The country’s development can not do without education, and the development of education is inseparable from the teachers. Thus, improving teachers’quality and promote teacher professional development are an inevitable road, and it also a difficult task faced by China’s educational undertakings. Primary school is the basis of life education, and the Primary Chinese subject plays an important role in improving the primary language literacy with its special instrumentality and humanity characteristics. Therefore, faced with the requirements and development of the times take professional development is imperative. To this end, in2012the country promulgated the "standards of professional primary school teachers (Trial)", put forward concrete requirements to the teachers from professional philosophy and ethics, professional knowledge and three dimensions of professional abilities.The Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture is located at the foot of Chgangbai Mountain which is in the eastern part of Jilin Province. It’s also located at the junction of China, North Korea and Russia. Here is the mainly habitation of the Korean nationality. Yanji city is the capital of Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture, here totally have6Primary Han-Chinese schools and245Chinese language teachers. This paper use the methods of questionnaires, interviews, statistics and some other methods to do the research on analysing the professional developing situation of Primary Han-Chinese school teachers of Chinese language in Yanji.Based on the research, in Yanji City the Primary Han-Chinese School Chinese language teachers have achieved some results in professional development, mainly in:a good professional ethics, grasp the professional knowledge of the subjects more firmly; professional competence is more solid, can teach the students from different nationalities with different methods, and the teachers also have a certain spirit of inquiry and research capabilities. Of course, Yanji’s Primary Han-Chinese schools, the Chinese language teachers also have some problems in professional development, that’s including less professional theoretical knowledge, educational theory and teaching practice contact is not enough; lack professional autonomy, and the relevant departments have simple training forms for the primary Chinese language teachers.In response to these findings, this paper has further analysis on the factors which influence Yanji’s Primary Han-Chinese schools’language teachers’professional development:lack of professional lead for professional development, do not pay enough attention on professional development of the teachers; the teachers’original philosophy is not easy to change, and it bounds the professional development of the teachers; the incentive mechanism is not good enough so that it influence the teachers’ enthusiasm; the formal training is very serious so teachers are weak on sovling the pratical problems; the burden of the teachers too heavy that the teachers have no time to have self developing.Based on the above factors, this paper aims to give some suggestions to promote the level of professional development of Primary Han-Chinese School teachers in Yanji city which from these three aspects, the government, schools, training institutions and teachers themselves. The government should establish and improve the incentive system, improve the social status of teachers, improve teachers’ working environment; schools and training institutions should build diversity training modes, put school-based training into practical action, to strength teachers’ professional guidance, and focus on the mental health of the Chinese language teachers; for Chinese language teachers themselves should enhance their awareness of professional development, establish teachers’ professional knowledge learning cooperative groups and improve the self-development ability.Above all, the research on Yanji’s Primary Han-Chinese School Chinese language teachers’ professional development training situation and make recommendations have a great on influence on strengthening Yanji’s Primary Han-Chinese schools’ Chinese language teachers, and comprehensively improve the quality of the teachers. |
