Bullying is a power imbalance which occurs between pupils of special aggressivebehavior, and is very common. Lead to many pupils had depression, play truant,severe cases appeared the phenomenon of self-harm. And these phenomenon directlyaffect the development of the physical and mental health of students, even will affecttheir adult lives, personality characteristics and mental health.This study captures the bullying problem of which X primary school in hunanprovince as the perspective, by adopting the combination of empirical research andqualitative research methods, in the hope of through in-depth system analysis andresearch, which primary school bullying behavior problems, to fully understand the ourcountry present situation and development trend in the elementary school campusbullying in recent years, correctly grasp the causes of bullying behavior, put forward inthe face of bullying behavior should take measures at the same time.This article is divided into seven parts.The first part is the introduction. From the reason and significance of topic,carefully combed the research both at home and abroad at present, pointed out theproblems existing in the research, this paper expounds the research idea and the mainstructure, illustrates the research methods and objectives.The second part paper that firstly defines the concept of bullying, points out thecampus bullying bullies and bullying, divide the types of bullying, summarized theforms and characteristics of bullying, list the theoretical basis of the bullying, analyzedthe effects of the bullying, etc.The third part is to use the questionnaire survey and interviews, through theanalysis of hunan province, which X primary school bullying behavior status quo andthe development of it is concluded that the current X primary school bullyingdistribution is as follows: (1) With the increase of grade, bullying is increasing in the number of children,but between different grade was bullied bullying/type was no significant differencebetween the number of students.(2) In the gender differences research of bullies, the boys in the majority that themost common is one implementation of bullying, girls involved in bullying increasedsignificantly compared with the previous studies data, the most common is crowdbehavior. So there was no difference on the number of boys and girls.(3) Whether the one-child involvement has significant effect of bullying. Onlychildren and the universality of one-child in bullying/bullying, bullying manner andattitude toward bullying, there are differences, and involved in the situation morecomplex than previous studies.The fourth part carefully analysed the cause of bullying behavior subjective causeand objective cause.The fifth part for the increasingly serious tendency of bullying phenomenon putforward countermeasures and SuggestionsThe sixth part is conclusion. Sum up the deficiency of this study, to put forwardthe outlook for the later research.In a word, the whole thesis based on the international bullying research front,surrounding bullying, bullying and double restructuring from three points to answerwhat and why bullying is the bullying problems, and put forward the feasibility forbullying line countermeasure and the suggestion, in order to achieve the goal ofreducing bullying.
