The study of the school bullying as an important area of socialogy of education has been 50 years. However, the research on bullying in our country starts late.In the 90’s of the last century, a group of psychology of scholars just begin to study the behavior of bulling by intruducing relative survey tools.after 20 years unremitting efforts, the exploration of local research on bullying has beome matured and produced a series of academic achievements which have significant social effects. There is no doubt that the domestic research in this area is still in the exploratory stage.it has not yet formed a scientific and complete theoretical system, which need to be further expanded and deepened.Especially bullying research conducted mostly from bullies or victims and less concerned about bullying situations and the role of others. In fact, besides the bullied and victims of bullying, other companions also play an imporant role in the occurence and development of bullying, such as bystanders. In addition, researchers often get bullying into the scope of adolesent social adaption and ignore the particularity of bullying in the study of factors that impact on academic performance. And the study involved in mutiple factors are even more less.Based on the consideration above, we selected a large number of middle school students to conduct a comprehensive analysis by using the self-designed questionaire. It include the frequency of bullying, the type of bullying, the attitude towards bullying and so on. On the other hand,we introduced peer status as mediate variable between participant role and academic achievement. Therefore,it has enriched the theory of the influence mechanism of academic achievement. The conlusion of the study as follows:1.School bulling has been found to be widespresd among middle school students. With the grade increaseing, the frequency of bullying and victimization showed us decreasing trend. And compared with girls, boys are easier to issue aggressive behavior and become bullies. At the same time, they also become the object of peer bullying easily.2.The type of bullying are various.Verbal bullying occupies the highest proportion, which is the main way of bulling behavior of junior high school students. The second is the relationship bullying.Although the frequency of physical bullying is lower than the former,it still have a very high proportion. In additon, boys have a strong tendency to aggressive behavior and initiate the bullying behavior through simple and crude way easily, such as verbal bullying and phsical bullying.Girls are more sensitive than boys.they are good at using the strategy in interpersonal communication.so the relational bullying of girls are higher than boys.3.Junior high school students’ attitudes towards bullying have differences.Overall, with the grade increasing, the number of students those holding a positive attitude towards bullying have been increasing year by year.Whether the attitude towards bullying or the attitude towards vicimazation, girls are more positive than boys.4.The occurrence of bullying is always accompanied with a certain peer background and different individuals tend to play different roles.the protector that they have strong conservation awareness to their companion are in the largest proportion, which followed by those who always keep a certain distance from bullying incident places.the proportion of boys, standing outside and bystander,is more higher than girls, while the proportion of girls is more higher than boys.Besides, the proportion of different participant roles also along with the grade change. The more stronger participant role is,the more positive attitude they hold.5.The role junior high school students played in are closely related to their peer status. The more prosocial behavior individuals exhibit, the higher peer status they have. They are more likely to get peer recognition.in contrast, the more frequency the aggressive behavior idividuals are,the lower peer status they have.they are more likely rejected by their companion. No matter standing outside, bystander or protector, girls in high peer status occupy more proportion than boys, especially the protector have significant difference of sex.6.the role junior high school students plays in not only affect peer status, but also affect academic achievement. The academic achievement of victims in all participants are lowest.the academic achievement of protector is higher but the internal diffierence is very big.7.The peer status junior high school students have are closely related to their academic achievement.good peer relationship helps students academic achievement improved.on the contrary, poor peer relationship restrict their progress about academic achievement.in addition, those who have good peer relationship are more outstanding than the poor in academic achievement.
