Research On The Education Of Anti Campus Bulling In High School

Although our country attaches great importance to the development of physical and mental health of senior high school students,the problem of bullying in senior high schools is easily ignored in Chinese educational environment.The probability of occurrence of bullying in senior high school is actually lower than that in junior high school and elementary school.However,with their social circle becoming larger and larger and more and more contacts to the new things,senior high school students are more vulnerable to external temptations and unhealthy thinking.Without the age-appropriate awareness of the rule of law,once campus bullying occurs,the consequences will inevitably be worse than those in junior high schools and elementary schools.If campus bullying accumulates to a certain extent,it may develop into campus violence one after another.It even constitutes a crime with corresponding criminal responsibility.This is extremely detrimental to the physical and mental development of senior high school students.Law education for students is one of the important ways to raise their awareness of the rule of law.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the education of the rule of law to promote senior high school anti campus bullying education to prevent and reduce campus bullying.From the perspective of education on the rule of law,this paper categorizes the sense of law that lacks rules awareness,protection awareness,and responsibility awareness on the premise of summarizing the features displayed by bullies,being bullied,and those people present.The reason why the role of the parents and teachers in the rule of law education is not effective has been explained in this essay,which can be used to analyze the causes of campus bullying and raise suggestion to anti campus bullying.These proposals aim to establish the goal of law education in anti campus bullying in senior high school,to promote selective courses on law education and practical activities,to strengthen the management awareness of teachers,to promote the role models of parents in law education.The main aim is to solve the problem that the content of law education and its frequency is not sufficient.The ultimate aim is to carry out the rule of law education among all the senior high school students,to educate the bullying and the being bullied differently to strengthen their awareness of law.Meanwhile,to foster the awareness of rule in bullying,the consciousness of protection in the being bullied,the sense of responsibility in those present to prevent and reduce the campus bullying.
