"Peer coaching" teaching model has made some achievements in the teaching of allsubjects, but in physics teaching in junior middle school, has no related information.Under the guidance of modern teaching theory, from the United States of Americamutual teaching cooperation teaching model, according to the actual situation of poorstudents in our school,this paper constructed the junior middle school physics teachingmodel of "peer coaching", and carried on the teaching experiment of this model based on.Experiment showes that, the junior middle school physics teaching model of "peercoaching", can play the initiative of students, improve the students’ academic level, raisethe cooperation spirit of the students, learn to mutual learning, maintain and enhanceinterest in learning physics and develop good study habits of physical.This paper has some value for the physics teaching in rural junior middle school.
