As is known to all,the description of peer coaching models is one of the most important ways in class management and has some practical significance in promoting the school's education management.Therefore,the peer coaching model means some teaching-research activities that use a variety of means which multiple occur between teachers and based on the direction of professional development to realize the selfimprovement,mutual cooperation which makes the common progress in teachingresearch activities for the participating teachers.Peer coaching has been a hotspot and a key topic.Consulting a large number of literature in the early stage,this study has observed many researches of this model domestic and overseas,also current situations of the development worldwide.In the United States,the peer coaching model which supports the teachers ' development activity has a history of more than 20 years,this way can make them combining with their own wills,Through a variety of ways to improve their teaching-research level in the open environment.Previous studies found that it not only can share the head teachers' workload,also help them get involved in the all round development of students,The growth and development of the teachers is also lays the solid foundation for the concept of comprehensive education.The primary target of the peer coaching is to provide teachers positive feedbacks,Not the negative common where they hear from students normally,but more focused on teachers' individual development and change.At present,although the new concept of education such as peer coaching is in the impact of the modern education,the traditional class management concept and mode still exist in China.But in practice,the peer coaching remains education-based,or gives priority between teachers' professional development and enhancement of scientific research ability which mostly are actual situations.In China,The history of teachers' collaboration is much earlier than the practical application in abroad,and has completely different concerns.Teacher collaboration in China has lots of forms,collective preparation of instruction,teaching and researching activities,reporting in classes by young teachers,support activities between the old and the young teachers and holding open classes or demonstration classes in each education cycle.etc.Although theseforms have been made in practical education and were recognized,these experiences imitate each other or making improvements,and do not extract practical theories at all which can guide teachers to help each other.As frontline teachers,in the context of educationreform,many schools update concepts constantly.The pear coaching model in schools is in trying and groping stage,so it has much bigger volatility and randomness,and stillfar away from the real meaning of the theory.Therefore,based on the current situation,this research through some direct means like general investigation and survey to analyze the teachers' relationship under peer coaching model.The cooperative relations between headteacher and school leaderships when it comes to administrative systerm and mechanics,mutual help and fully perform duties between headteachers and deputy headteachers when one of them is absent or temporary not on –the-job,and headteachers together with the other teachers become involved in teaching-expert system of students.In addition,the research also analyzes the relationship between teachers and students,and mutual relationship between headteachers.Actively explore and study the concept of peer coaching,the advantages in making self-improvement,promoting common progress and also the disadvantages in doing blind faith of authority and copying each other in the actual application of class management,At the same time,analysing some outstanding problems comprehensively,like communication environment,time limit,monotonous form,rigid system,etc,until find a comprehensive and diversified solution which exist in the process of peer coaching.Breaking the headteachers' monologue' by strengthening the cooperation between teachers or more otherways.Though this study,I sincerely hope can make this new concept more transparent,fully display its features and expand the scope of its impact.What's more,in the process of finding problems and resolving them can play a guide or leader to help class management,make the peer coaching teachers' relations more relaxed,harmonious and progressive,practice the essence of all-round education step bystep.
