Education is the foundation of nation development, while teachers are education executors. As the reformational situation of elementary education in our country continues to develop,more and more reformational efforts are put on classroom teaching,under the teaching values of "students development oriented",there are two strategies of history classroom teaching reformation.One is to improve teachers'teaching competence so as to promote classroom teaching quality.The other is to improve the effectveness of classroom teaching by means of transforming the classroom teaching model.With the efforts of all sides,the two strategties have both made progress,Thus,it directly results in the heavy burden of not only teachers' teaching but also students' learning.But the hardship of schools,teachers and students can't be exchanged for happiness of school education.For many years,it has always been bothering the teachers in minddle and elementary schools,Now we can improwe the effectiweness of teaching and leaning in traditional teaching model,how we can motivate the students to learn actively and happily,and how we can improve the healthy growth of all students and the overall development of education.Through "peer coaching "teaching model,we can promote students active learning.Besides,we can change the traditional teaching model,in whichi the students passively learnde,into a harmonious teaching model,in which the students can learn actively ang help each other,The teachers are not the center in teaching,On the contrary,there is a good in teraction between the teacher,students themslves,In addition, the students can evaluate themselves and each other.The teacher can evaluate the students,We reasonably combine these methodes,too.Classroom teaching becomes the "gas station "of active students 'general competence and their overall development.To some extent,I wrote this article to solve the present situation in middle school history teaching.to improve the effectiveness of classroom teaching, The contents are based on my own learning and practice.My article takes the form of a questionnaire,and I processed and analyzed the results of the survey.The introduction and chapter one are to introduce the backaround,purposes and methods of my subject study Chapter two is about the survey and anaylsis of senior middle school students' cooperative competence.Chapter three is to explain the teaching strategies.chapter five is to give a teaching strategies.Chapter six is the implementation conclusion of "peer coaching" teaching strategies.Chapter seven discusses the problems appeared and analyzes these problems.The methods and suggestions metioned in the article are only some of my shallow understandings and opionions through study and practice.I hope that it will have some active effects on improving history teaching.
