Since entering the21st century, the rapid development of science andtechnology to produce great changes in our lives, in the new things into our lives butalso leads to many folk art going to decline gradually, how to protect and culturalheritage of folk art is in today’s society needs to solve the problem."The dragon is inday, tiger hidden to the ground." Dragon and tiger from totem worship in the primitivesociety of China, in China’s feudal dynasty, the dragon is the symbol of the emperor,while the tiger fell into folk became the patron saint of thousands of working people,therefore people’s worship of dragon and tiger is all previous dynasties. Huaiyang is ahistoric city of China, very rich historical and cultural details, and huaiyang tooHaoLing temple, will be held in between February and march of each year, also knownas the "February meeting", during the temple, people will have two kinds of folk artrelated to reproduction worship in some sense, become the symbol of the temple fairand endorsement, the huaiyang clay dog and huaiyang mud cloth tiger. At hand outmore for the local folk art and material, subject and form are closely related to life,introduce the folk fine arts classroom for students to learn the art of enthusiasm hasgreat improvement, also played a very good effect in the transmission of folk art.Compared to previous simple in view of the importance of folk art theory, this researchmainly from the Angle of practice, how to combine high school art class and organiccombination of folk art resources to education of students, guide students to understandand love for his hometown culture. Thesis mainly from the fine arts, huaiyang, clothtiger into the theoretical basis of the development of school-based curriculum in juniormiddle school art class value analysis and huaiyang cloth tiger in the application of thedevelopment of school-based curriculum in junior middle school fine arts and analysisthree aspects discussed.
