Huaiyang is ahistoric city of China, very rich historical and cultural details, and huaiyang tooHaoLing temple, will be held in between February and march of each year, also knownas the "February meeting", during the temple, people will have two kinds of folk artrelated to reproduction worship in some sense, become the symbol of the temple fairand endorsement, the huaiyang clay dog and huaiyang mud cloth tiger.
