With the implementation of the new curriculum reform,the problem of curriculum resources is gradually paid attention to by the education sector,especially in the field of middle school fine arts education,the development and utilization of local curriculum resources has become an indispensable aspect of the fine arts curriculum reform.Traditional national curriculum arrangement is more of a given to students as a whole,unified the basic needs,to improve the quality of the main body of curriculum design was hard to specific the actual condition of a school,and put forward of the concept of school-based curriculum is shown clearly targeted,can better adapt to the diversity of training students' basic quality and personalized needs.After the adjustment of the teaching content should be students' favorite,vivid,and reflect the characteristics of close combination with local resources,can produce dialogue and interaction with students.Museum in the city of local,has the many available resources of fine arts education,in huaibei museum of sui and tang dynasties grand canal,for example,only in the sui and tang dynasties ceramic hall,the hall of the song dynasty porcelain exhibition include the sui,tang,five dynasties,song,liao,jin,eight xixia and yuan dynasties,nearly dozens of kiln mouth of ancient ceramics wares,ceramic types,many confused.The author makes a detailed analysis of the rich collections unearthed locally in terms of age and shape,in order to find the resources that fit in the school-based curriculum reform of junior high school fine arts education.In the spirit of combining with the characteristics of middle school students' physical and mental development and starting from the living situation of the specific,on the basis of huaibei city exhibits in the museum collection againfor the selection of all-round,multi-angle,expected to consider both can on behalf of huaibei local characteristics and can fully show the sui and tang dynasties grand canal,the humanities spirit in the local art resources selected in the case of school-based curriculum.This paper is divided into five parts: the first chapter discusses the status quo of this research at home and abroad and explains the relevant concepts;Chapter two discusses the necessity of the development of museum resources in the middle school art school-based curriculum,and explains the theoretical basis of the development.The third chapter mainly discusses the supporting significance and feasibility of the collection resources of grand canal museum in sui and tang dynasties and the reform of school-based curriculum of fine arts teaching in middle schools.Chapter four discusses the development and teaching implementation of the school-based curriculum.The fifth chapter analyzes and summarizes the problems in the development and implementation of the school-based curriculum and puts forward the corresponding solutions.
