Since the reform and opening to fulfill, under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the efforts of people across the country, Vietnam rapidly developing comprehensive, including the development of education. For national industrialization and modernization to provide high quality personnel for the country’s economic growth, social stability, national peace and international integration industry to make its due contribution. In recent years, with the continuous improvement of people’s living standards and the social economy, the development of higher education in Vietnam also tend toward the popular development, especially in recent years, the university expanded enrollment, private universities continue to appear. Although this school meets the needs of most students, but for its teaching quality, the quality of education in private universities compared to public schools, there are still a large gap, especially teaching content, teaching methods and the quality of teachers and other issues more obvious.The problem is that the quality of private higher education in the process of modernization of higher education is an important issue. Ho Chi Minh’s private education after twenty years of development, the number of scratch, from small to large scale, the formation of a certain size and structure, but also has a certain school characteristics. Private Higher Education rationality and necessity has been proved by practice, but as Vietnam, especially the rise of a new force of modern higher education Ho Chi Minh City, started late, weak economic foundation, rapid development, for its quality, but also the community there are a lot of discussions. How to ensure and improve the quality of education in relation to private colleges and universities in Vietnam, especially in Ho Chi Minh City to improve the overall quality of higher education issues.In this paper, the theory of total quality management theory, pedagogy, education management and other private colleges and universities in Vietnam, Ho Chi Minh conducting research.
