A Study On Professionalidentity Of The Social Worker With Christian Faith

At present, with the development of Social Work, social workers has been a social profession. But there are many difficulties in the process of the social work profession development.For instance,the ability of combining theory and practice is insufficient, lack of professional self-esteem, social workers positioning themselves vague, big mobility, etc. These factors reduce social workers’ professional identity and affect the social workers’potential.Ultimately, it restricts the development of social work professionalization. Talent is an important factor in the development of the social organization.Attaching great importance to the career identity of social worker is a prerequisite to promote the development of institutions. Based on this study with a interview and observation on the social worker with Christian faith, using qualitative research method, to understand their current professional identity status, analysis of internalization and the results of the Christian faith and career identity of social worker construction process.This study attaches great importance to the social worker with the Christian faith that their professional identity and adjustment measures.In the same time, the writer analyses the need, value faith, harvest that have influence on the social worker career identity, in improving social workers’ self-identity and social identity that put forward enlightening advice to promote social workers professional identity in our country.
