With the rapid advancement of social transformation in our country,new social conflicts have emerged and social governance has become more difficult.It is difficult to adapt to today's social development requirements by relying solely on the government's old management model to manage society.Social work as an emerging professions,plays an important role in helping disadvantaged groups to solve difficulties,ease social conflicts and promote the harmonious development of society.Although the role of social work has become increasingly prominent,the development problems have been very complicated,The most important thing is to face the challenge of the loss of professionals in social work.After years of practice and theoretical research,many professionals believe that the social workers' low professional identity and low social recognition are the root causes of the loss of the brain drain of social workers.This article attempts to use the identity theory and the structuration theory as theoretical basis,combining quantitative research and qualitative research,with Shenzhen social workers as the survey subjects,focusing on first-line social workers,and formulating social worker professional identity scales and questionnaires.Measure the degree of professional identity of Shenzhen's first-line social workers from the three dimensions of occupational awareness,professional emotion,and professional behavior,they examine the cognition,related feelings,and behaviors of social workers in their careers.Combined with focus group interviews,the status of professional identity of social workers in Shenzhen was summarized and the influencing factors were analyzed.The results of the study found that: 1.The overall professional identity level of female front-line social workers in Shenzhen is higher than that of men.2.The professional identity of front-line social workers who have worked for more than five years is high,and the higher the wage income of front-line social workers,the higher the degree of professional identity.3.The professional identity level of married front-line social workers is higher than that ofunmarried and other marital front-line social workers.4.The level of professional identity of front-line social workers with junior college and below education in Shenzhen is higher than that of graduates and postgraduates.5.Overall,the level of professional identity of the first-line social workers in Shenzhen is in the upper middle level.6.Factors influencing professional identity of social workers include: individual's age,professional background,education level,value concept,marital status,social work policies and systems,and social support(Attitudes and behaviors of relatives,friends,clients,institutions,employers,government,and society),welfare benefits,social work-related policies and systems,work content and methods of social work,social work's specialization and professionalization.It has nothing to do with factors such as gender,length of work,certificate status and income level.Based on the research results,the author put forward six suggestions and countermeasures: First,improve the policies and laws and regulations on social work as soon as possible and emphasize the further implementation;Second,establish personal goals reasonablely,improve the concept of individual values of social workers;Third,Social worker organizations should attach equal importance to standardized management and humanized management,and diversify incentive systems;Fourth,build a scientific,systematic,continuous training system,optimize the training cost mechanism;Fifth,strengthen the construction of social workers team,nurture the team's cultural spirit;Sixth,build image of social workers vividly,increase the publicity of social workers.
